Я стала разочаровываться в интернет-торговле! Заказала товар, все подтвердили, в указанное время звонят и говорят, а сегодня мы не можем доставить ваш товар, потому что утром не нашли его на складе, а потом нашли, давайте завтра вам привезем! Прошу их раз завтра,можно договориться точно, что вы мне первой повезете!Нет, так нельзя, только ждать целый день. Т.е. они же накосячили, а я должна свое время тратить ждать товар! Я отказалась и нашла магазин, который доставил мне день в день! А сюда из принципа больше не зайду!

нет, в этом магазине я заказывала в первый раз! у меня уже второй раз такая ситуации, что интернет-магазин не выполняет свои обязательства в указанное ими же время и не пытается как-нибудь исправить создавшуюся ситуацию. Им просто наплевать на клиентов!

Доставка помимо того что и так платная так еще и за подъем нужно платить! Ладно у нас лифта не было бы и жили бы мы в на 5 этаже в 5-ти этажке.....так за то что на лифте прокатился взял 200 р....+ сама доставка 300 и того 500! в общем грабеж! Грызунки не довезли! даже в чеке не было, хотя в заказе были оформлены! САМИ НЕ ПЕРЕЗВАНИВАЮТ! САМА ЗВОНИЛА ЧТО БЫ УЗНАТЬ ОФОРМИЛИ ЗАКАЗ ИЛИ НЕТ СПРАШИВАЛА САМА ЕСТЬ ЛИ ВСЕ В НАЛИЧИЕ МНЕ СКАЗАЛИ ДА! КРОМЕ БУТЫЛОК...В ИТОГЕ ПРИВЕЗЛИ ТОЛЬКО СТУЛЬЧИКИ...... ВООБЩЕМ ОБСУРД !!!ДОСТАВКУ ЖДАЛИ НА СЛЕДУЮЩИЙ ДЕНЬ ПРИВЕЗЛИ НА 3 ДЕНЬ.....КОГДА МУЖ СПРОСИЛ ПОЧЕМУ ДОСТАВКА НЕ ДО ДВЕРИ НАМ ОТВЕТИЛИ НА ПОВЫШЕННЫХ ТОНАХ, ЧТО ЯКОБЫ ВСЕ УКАЗАНО НА САЙТЕ! ХАМЛО!!!!!!
