Обожаю это место. Хожу сюда уже 6 лет. Лицо доверяю только косметологу Ольге. Она гений своего дела. Ботокс, мезотерапия, подбородок, чистки, пилинги, проколотые уши, брови - всё ей. Голову доверяю только Денису. Теперь езжу два раза в месяц с проспекта Вернадского. Но делюсь с вами с ревностью, слишком хорошие спецы!!!

Никогда не пишу отзывы! Но тут чаша моего терпения переполнилась. Записалась в этот "чудо салон" онлайн, на маникюр\гель лак. По приходу выяснилось, что следующая после меня запись через час. Невозможно сделать качественный маникюр за такое время, и даже за 1,5 часа невозможно. Особенно учитывая, что раньше я там не была и мастер совершенно незнаком с моими ногтями. Все, что я услышала от сотрудников это "я же мастер, какие ко пне претензии, записью не занимаюсь", от администратора " так чего будете делать за 1,5 часа или как?" Ни слова извинения. На лице администраториши (блондинка с длинными волосами) блаженная улыбка, на лице маникюрши Ольги просто недовольство. Деваться мне было не куда, пришлось делать, но поскольку я не была уверена в качестве да и настроение было испорчено, сделала маникюр с лечебным покрытием. Опущу несколько неприятных моментов, произошедших в процессе. Скажу только, что спустя несколько часов в тот же вечер у меня сломался край ногтя. Чего раньше не соучалось даже после сетевых салонов, услуги которых в разы дешевле. И напоследок, вишенка на торте. С меня взяли за это "удовольствие" 1900 р, тогда как на сайте заявлена цена на маникюр с лечебным покрытием 1500 р. Было бы возмножно, поставила бы минус 100. А вы, потенцтальные клиенты, думайте сами, стоит ли связываться с хамами, непрофессоиналами и мошенниками.

Очень хороший салон красоты. Внимательный персонал, администраторы всегда за день до записи звонят и уточняют запись, всегда персонал предлагает чай или кофе. Чистые кабинеты и оборудование в них.
