Не сложилась «любовь»((мастер Ирина не смогла подстричь, как я попросила. Даже несмотря на просьбу не делать филировку при обычном (!) каре -сделала ее и саму линию срезала криво. Теперь месяца 2 ждать пока отрастут до возможности подровнять..все кусками и грустно

Зашла в студию 19.10 в 20:30. Сломала ноготь, уточнила, смогут ли меня принять сегодня. Администратор и мастер ответили положительно, сказали подходить к 22:30. Озвученная стоимость меня устроила, я записалась и оставила свой номер телефона, чтобы мне перезвонили, если что-то изменится. В 22:26 я была уже на месте-но вот незадача: увидела закрытую дверь прямо перед носом. Зачем, спрашивается, было соглашаться?Никому не порекомендую эту студию, сама туда теперь ни ногой.

Добрый день, Юлия! Такого просто не могло быть, потому что студия красоты Beauty Factory A.G. не предоставляет услуг маникюра! В нашей студии представлены услуги только по волосам, ресницам, бровям и профессиональному макияжу! А также в указанное время мы были на месте!

Вот только не надо обманывать! У меня на телефоне есть фото закрытых дверей, сделанное именно в эту дату и в это время. Также на фото видно и услуги маникюра, и Ваше название. Очень жалко, что вместо поисков компромисса, вы позволяете себе выставлять клиентов дураками. Я бы ни за что не оставила отзыв, не случись такой ситуации.
