Заказывала уборку после ремонта с дополнительными услугами. Работали 2 клинера, однако работу сделали плохо: не помыли унитаз, ванну (осталась в разводах), раковину в ванной, плитка за ванной осталась в строительной пыли (проводишь рукой - вся ладонь белая), по углам не убрали опилки, оставшиеся после сборки кухни. Мне не понятно, как можно так плохо помыть пустую квартиру (не было мебели кроме кухонного гарнитура и тумбы в ванной), что же получают клиенты которые заказывают уборку в жилые квартиры? Узнавать не хочется. А еще отвратительная работа службы контроля качества. Выслушав меня, все что они смогли сказать - у нас отличные клинеры, ничем не можем вам помочь. Конечно, зачем, ведь деньги-то я уже заплатила. Крайне не рекомендую данную компанию.

Отвратительная компания. Первый раз никто не приехал... Сам позвонил в компанию, извинились, обещали 20% скидки. После того, как приехал мойщик окон, позвонил менеджер и сказал, что я все напутал и скидки никакой не будет. В общем люди не отвечают за своим слова совсем.
