Кроме всего вышесказанного,туалетов хуже чем в армии итд итп-дополню информацию о кафе Каштан ,местной столовой. Вместе супа-похлебка с овощами, на второе 3 кусочка якобы мяса может вам попасть,за все это чудо 310 р. За последние лет 10 хуже не встречал бц,это не бц,это промзона с офисами

Ужасный БЦ. Снимали в этом бизнес центре офис 2 года. Затем арендодатель ультимативной форме резко поднял стоимость аренды в 2 РАЗА. Хотя в договоре четко прописано что максимум на 10% в год, и это поднятие уже было. Причем сделал это многом арендаторам. Как не пытались договориться придерживаться договора не вышло. В итоге перед тем как съехать он согласился поднять только на 15%, но мы уже наши другое место более удобное. Съехали, а последний месяц и аванс не вернул. Говорит у вас пол пошарпан ый, на утверждения что он был такой когда заехали, и вообще это естественная эксплуатация, говорит где доказательства. И все не вернул 80 тысяч рублей. И так всем кто съехал! Арендатор соседний начал судиться, Я не стал тратить время и нервы. От плохого отзыва он больше потеряет, чем от суда. – показать
