Место приятное, чистое, беспорядка обычно нет. Цены доступные, качество всегда отличное. Уровень обслуживания не сказать, что притягивает, но и не отталкивает. Вроде бы и не грубили, но и не поздоровались - сотрудник просто неприветливый. Если вам нужно качественно и недорого, тогда вам сюда. Если нужно побыстрее и повежливее, тогда поищите другое место. Ну, а в целом неплохо.

Напечатали с дефектом! Ещё и грубо разговаривали!!! Даже не извинились !!! Бегать перепечатывать совсем нет времени! Разочаровали!!!!!!

Добрый день. Перед тем как отдают заказ, его просят посмотреть и проверить. Нареканий в салоне у Вас не возникло. Дефект был техническим, не зависящим от работника и сразу не замечаем, судя по тому что заказ в салоне Вы забрали без проблем. Вам было предложено решение. Мы перепечатываем, Вам остается только забрать. Это бы заняло как раз то время, которое Вы потратили на написание отзыва и звонок руководителю. И когда Вам спокойно предлагают решение проблемы не надо орать в трубку и просить "во-первых, извинений". Любую проблему мы готовы решить, если человек идет на контакт.
