Некогда приятный ресторан "Базилик" с вкусной кухней и хорошим обслуживанием неожиданно изменился за лето в худшую сторону. Постоянные посетители с момента открытия. Несколько раз слышали негативные отзывы от знакомых, но не доверяли им. Вчера, 19.08.2018, имели крайне неприятную возможность убедиться в этом. Посетили ресторан в 6-м часу вечера. Маленький семейный ужин. Гостей было немного. Несмотря на то, что нас было 5 человек, официант не удосужился принести нам 5-й комплект приборов (стол был накрыт на четверых). Напитки несли бесконечно долго. Не лучше получилось и с едой. Хотя официант и повторил для проверки наш заказ (все было записано верно), часть заказанных блюд куда-то исчезла. Салат принесли только после повторного заказа. Горячее (долму) так и не дождались. Про часть заказа просто было забыто! Никаких извинений со стороны официанта мы не услышали! Более того, на столах установлены звоночки для вызова официанта (как в "Якитории"), однако официант не всегда появляется после первого вызова. К сожалению, обслуживающий персонал без вызова вообще не подходит к столику, чтобы проверить все ли в порядке у гостей. Остались очень неприятные впечатления. Не думаю, что опять будем гостями данного заведения. Не советуем никому. Крайне отрицательные эмоции от последнего посещения!
