Прекрасный сервис. Недавно я уронила в воду телефон и он выключился. Ребята отремонтировали его быстро, за 2 недели. Телефон после этого работает как новенький

Не очень вежливые сотрудники. Цены выше чем в сетевых магазинах.

Виталий, прочли Ваш отзыв. Вы пишете, что не очень вежливые сотрудники, а до Вашего отзыва куча людей писали "очень вежливые сотрудники..всегда помогут и подскажут". Нам очень жаль, что у Вас сложилось такое мнение. Насчет цен в сетевых магазинах. Мы же тоже сетевой магазин - мы дилеры компьютерного гипермаркета НИКС, которые по всей России. Наверное, Вы увидели только наши цены на товары в наличии, но не посмотрели на огромный ассортимент "под заказ". Мы там стараемся не уступать по ценам другим сетевым магазинам. В другой раз загляните в наш огромный каталог товаров под заказ (привозим их 2 раза в неделю), сравните цены: на многие товары они у нас ниже других магазинов: http://bytecomp.ru/na_zakaz

Принесли ноутбук в ремонт. Байт сделал диагностику бесплатно. Под замену жесткий диск. Заплатили за жесткий диск 3550 р, за установку диска 200 р и за настройку операционной системы 1000 р. Дома оказалось что, ноутбук через 20 мин работы отключается. Гугление ошибки говорило, что что-то с системой или драйверами. Отвезли ноутбук снова в тот же Байт. Нам по телефону объявляют, что за диагностику - 600 рублей, за настройку операционной системы 1000 руб, если с сохранением данных, то 1500 руб. По телефону были грубоваты и не то что не признали какие-то свои косяки, но даже не пошли навстречу. Раньше всегда обращался в Байт, если были какие-то проблемы с компом. Это последний раз.
