Магазин нормальный, из ассортимента попадаются редкие и нужные позиции, которых нет в других магазинах. Единственное скорость доставки хотелось бы побыстрее.

Магазин очень классный, очень много того чего нет в некоторых магазинах, но единственный огромный недостаток, это доставка. Заказываю уже не в первый раз запчасти и постоянно они не могут отправить нормально, всегда надо ждать несколько дней, чтобы заказ доехал до СДЭК, и всегда есть какое то оправдание по этому поводу. Очень хочется поставить 5 звёзд, но доставка портит всю картину.

После покупки велосипеда, через несколько дней катаний появились щелчки в области педального узла. Приехав в магазин для технического обслуживания обнаружил, что он закрыт. В 19:45 магазин был уже закрыт, хотя должен работать до 20:00 по будням. Сотрудники соседних отдедов сказали, что bikemaster вообще на час раньше закрывается, т.е. в 19:00. Зачем заявлять на сайте и в других источниках время работы одно, если по факту оно другое? Я ехал из области, что бы приехать к закрытому магазину? Кто будет компенсировать потраченное время и деньги? По телефону указанному на сайте тоже никто не отвечает.

Обманывают с наличием, похоже достаточно регулярно.Позвонил, уточнил наличие, подтвердили.Приезжаю — нет и не было. И вообще такого в природе нет!-А чего подтверждали?-А никто не знает.
