Добрый день, Обращаюсь к Вам, так как крайне недовольна сервисом доставки, хотя обратилась по рекомендации знакомых, теперь жалею, что не выбрала другую компанию. Дело в том, что я специально заказывала подарок ручной работы, изготавливался который больше месяца, у мастера из Нижнего Новгорода. Живу я в Германии и специально спланировала свою поездку в Санкт-Петербург так, чтобы приехать и забрать посылку с подарком. В Петербурге я была с 7.12 по 16.!2. Мастер направила мне посылку 8.12. (AS086830988RU). Перевозчик пообещал, что груз дойдет быстро, ведь машина из Нижнего Новгорода в Петербург прямая, ориентировочную дату прибытия назвали 11.12. Однако 11.12, прибытие перенесли на 14.12. Тут мы начали волноваться, звонить оператором, которые зачастую вообще не владели никакой информацией, и оказалось, что посылка покинула НН только 12.12!!! Слава богу, посылку отправили с запасом, поэтому 14.12 в принципе еще подходило, хотя уже на этом этапе появилось недоверие к перевозчику. 14.12 вечером доставку опять перенесли на два дня вперед - на 16.12. Я не смогла забрать посылку, под которую специально подстроила свою поездку, в которой был подарок моему мужу на 30-ти летие, подарок, который делался больше месяца на заказ. Нам пришлось менять получателя, но на этом жатое надежда, что подарок успеет дойти до Германией до 22.12 экспресс доставкой еще была, пока дата В ОЧЕРЕДНОЙ РАЗ не была перенесена на 18.12! Посылка, действительно, пришла. Только вот пришла она не на тот терминал, который был указан при заказе, Поэтому получатель сможет забрать посылку дай бог 19 числа, а если совсем не повезет, то 20.12. Я невероятно разочарована таким безалаберным отношением к перевозке и совершенной неготовностью помочь операторов. Мой муж не только не получит подарок в свой юбилей, но и я вынуждена буду платить за доставку в Германию бОльшую сумму, чем стоил мне сам подарок! А он был недешёвый. Я невероятно, до глубины души разозлена и возмущена этой ситуацией.
