Выглядит всё очень красночно и весело. Вот только если Ваш ребёнок неудачно упал и ударился, сотрудники не то что не признают своей вины и не возьмут ответственность за это, они даже не откажут первой помощи. Сын подруги на Дне Рождении неудачно упал и ударился спиной, к нему никто не подошёл, они не вызвали скорую, не позвонили даже родителям малыша. После обещали выплатить компенсацию, оплатить КТ, МРТ. Но узнав, что перелома нет, сказали, что тогда они не виноваты. То есть ВНИМАНИЕ: если такой случай произойдёт они признают вину только чуть ли не в случае инвалидности, а так имели они Вас и Ваших детей в виду.

Здравствуйте, Яна. Если что-то случается во время прыжков, клиент вправе обратиться к любому из сотрудников центра и попросить помощи. Сотрудники центра в этом случае обязаны принять меры – это прямо прописано в их должностных инструкциях. 16 октября подобных обращений не поступало. По записям с видеокамер наша внутренняя служба безопасности не увидела каких-либо происшествий. Работа сотрудников заключается в обеспечении комфортного времяпрепровождения наших гостей. К сожалению, они не имеют физической возможности интересоваться самочувствием каждого клиента и принимают меры, если потребность в этом очевидна или гость их об этом прямо попросил.

Отмечали день рождения дочки (5 лет). Было много детсадовских друзей. Праздник понравился и детям и родителям. Уютно, весело, удобно. Из минусов - очень-очень жарко (30 градусов).

Здравствуйте! Поздравляем с прошедшим Днем Рождения ребенка. Спасибо за вашу оценку. Температуру в центре понизили, но если очень-очень нужно освежится в кафе есть вкусное мороженое)
