Пришли в 21.25, нас не пустили, потому что смену уже закрыли в 21.15. Почему об этом нигде не написано, что есть какие-то смены, которые закрываются практически за час до окончания работы батутного центра? Готовы были заплатить за полный час, но в итоге никто вообще с нами разговаривать даже и не стал. Двое детей ушли расстроенными. Если вы работаете в сфере услуг и развлечения, то будьте добры быть клиентоориентированными. А так, кассиру вообще дела не было до того, что времени до закрытия ещё много. Никто не заинтересован в клиентах, поэтому и такое отношение. Благополучно ушли прыгать на других батутах возле фудкорта и в Ваш центр, думаю, больше ходить и не будем.
