Не понравилось! Заказ несли 2 часа! Притом, что заказали салаты и вино, Ну ладно, я могу понять салаты готовить надо, но вино что, с Франции летело? Потом оказалось, что вина нет, принесли белое, хотя заказывали красное. Просили цезарь с креветками, нам принесли с курицей. Потом заменили на салат с креветками, но сделан он ужасно - креветки маленькие, что только под микроскопом их разглядывать, салат и соус самые дешевые. Съели с трудом. Глинтвейн тоже не ахти какой принесли. Заказали роллы с авокадо - нам принесли что-то непонятное, роллы между собой разрезаны плохо, пришлось самим рвать. Учитывая скорость обслуживания просить что-либо заменить уже не стали, съели то, что подали. По музыке: тех песен, что раньше пели в каталоге не оказалось, музыка громкая, себя не слышно вообще, приходилось орать в микрофон, чтоб хоть как-то попеть. Ужас. Персонала полно, официанты, администрация, бармены. Их очень много, все куда-то бегали. Но видимо только создавали видимость работы, учитывая как долго они нас обслуживали. Стакан свежевыжатого сока несли 40 минут! Ни я, ни мои друзья больше туда ни ногой, пусть ходят казахские кланы.

Добрый день , понимаем и сочувствуем но с 15. Ноября Баскетбоулин не существует это другие арендаторы и совершенно другие люди и пожалуйста не пишите что это Баскетбоулин у нас может избыло не так как в Мариот отель но не совсем плохо извините и ещё раз спасибо

хорошее заведение есть все на любой вкус караоке боулинг бильярд клуб не знаю как те кто пишет плохо но из прочитанного я не согласен с вами не которым нужно научиться себя вести
