Отвратительно! Приехал с проблемой - стук в колесе, провели комплекс работ, содрали деньги , а стук в колесе так и остался. Позвонил, рассказал о проблеме, так они мне вместо того что бы бесплатно исправить свой непрофессионализм, предложили за доп плату пройти ещё раз диагностику и так же не бесплатно провести ещё комплекс работ. Не советую никому туда ездить!

Здравствуйте, Николай! В ответ на Вашу жалобу. Ваш автомобиль ВАЗ-2105 гос. номер А216НТ163 2009 г.в. был в ремонте 24 апреля 2019 года. Были заменены подшипники передних ступиц и рулевой наконечник. После вашего звонка на СТО Вам предложили провести БЕСПЛАТНО диагностику (которую и первый раз провели БЕСПЛАТНО) и контрольный выезд (БЕСПЛАТНО), чтобы точнее определить что у Вас стучит, т.к. автомобиль старый, стуков много. И чтобы точнее определить что Вас беспокоит, надо проехать на автомобиле вместе с Вами. Вы на это предложение ответили отказом. Если передумаете, звоните.

Была на разных СТО. Но с задачей справились только здесь. Качественный ремонт. Минус только в том, что живая очередь, без предварительной записи. Спасибо!

Сплошной развод, обманывают, конечную стоимость вы узнаете только из заказ-наряда, за одну и ту же работу выставляют различные тарифы, видно смотрят лох ты или нет, вписывают те работы, которые не производились. Мастер всегда прав - девиз станции. Рабочие берут деньги в обход кассы.
