Были в этом заведение в понедельник,на обеде.Подбежала девушка,неопрятно одетая,с неубранными волосами,с грязной тряпкой в руках,перед носом у нас стала размахивать этой тряпкой,сметать крошки на пол.Разбила у нас на глазах бокал.Всё было в стёклах.Сели мы на грязные стулья,залитые после такой «уборки».Сделали заказ.Другая девушка,полная противоположность той,что убирала,очень профессионально обслужила нас,все блюда были вкусными,принесли всё быстро,если честно,мы не ожидали.Возник вопрос?Для ч его в таком прекрасном заведении такая девушка-официант?Вы её держите как клоуна или в чём фишка,просто если бы вторая девушка не была настолько тактичной и грамотной в плане сервиса,мы бы просто встали и ушли.А ведь обидно терять гостей,когда такая конкуренция вокруг…Сделайте,пожалуйста,выводы из данной ситуации.:-)Желаем Вам удачи и процветания. – показать
