Много раз бывала в этом клубе, но недавно впервые зашла туда покурить кальян. 1. Кальян сам ни о чем. Кальянщика попросили сделать что-нибудь фруктовое, при этом он в последствии отказался рассказать, что он там намешал. В целом этот мальчик вел себя не слишком корректно. Я понимаю, когда ночью вся публика в разной степени подпитии, можно вести себя по панибратски, но когда в клуб пришли люди просто посидеть и провести время, то можно общаться и повежливее. Попросила заменить его угли, так как сам он к нам так и не подошел, он сделал удивленное лицо: «сейчас???» А когда?? кальян уже почти не курился. В итоге углей я не дождалась, напомнила об этом еще и официанту, кальянщик появился минут через 20. Толку в этом не было никакого, потому что кальян курить уже было невозможно, в целом прошло менее часа.2. апероль. На вкус, конечно, коктейль ничего общего с аперолем не имеет, кроме оранжевого цвета. Скорее всего в нем использовали советское шампанское, вместо просекко, отчего и был такой вкус.3. в конце официант принес нам счет, в котором не была учтена скидка 15%, которую они анонсируют в своей группе по пятницам. После моего вопроса почему скидка не была применена официант сказал, что вообще не в курсе такой акции. Правда счет заменил. резюмирую: заведение низкого уровня, такое ощущение, что весь обслуживающий и управляющий персонал — школьники, мало имеющие понятия о стандартах оказания сервиса. В принципе, для тех кто бухает там по выходным и так будет норм. – показать
