Недостатки: Это, не отделение, а ад. Стою уже час, за это время, прошел только один человек, впервые в жизни с таким сталкиваюсь. И,думается мне, стоять мне еще тут долго. Если есть у вас возможность, езжайте в другое место. Дата оказания услуги: 20.03 Описание специалиста: Еще не дошла

Здравствуйте. Пытаюсь в данном отделении открыть дебитовую карту. Как оказалось это почти невозможно сделать.Первый раз я пришла в отделение, мне сказали что я есть в базе под девичьей фамилией и чтобы мне открыть карту на нынешнюю фамилию необходимо свидетельство о браке (в паспорте штампа недостаточно). Т.е. мне необходимо ещё раз прийти в отделение, но со свидетельством. Через пару дней я вернулась в данное отделение с документом. И казалось бы все хорошо, но нет. Когда я пришла за картой её выпустили на мою старую фамилию. Сотрудница, к которой я попала, даже не извинилась, сказала что это человеческий фактор и мне необходимо ещё раз делать перевыпуск. А все это при том, что я на 38 неделе беременности и мне не так просто «бегать» в отделение. Также она предлагала мне доставку, которой нет! Я просто не понимаю, как можно с двумя документами оформить неправильно карту. Ни извинений, ничего. Предвкушаю уже 4-ый поход в банк за своей картой. – показать

Для меня банк расположен удобно. Возможность оплачивать коммунальные услуги без процентов с картой почта-банка.
