26.10.2018, время входа в отделение (Москва, ул. Планерная, д.7, корп.1) 13.40. Взял талон, просидел полтора часа (из 6 рабочих мест «работают» 3). Следом за мной зашла «блатная» женщина и кивком головы поздоровалась с одной из трёх работающих девушек (на бейджике «Наталья Архипцова»). Как только освободилось место у Архипцовой, блатная присела к ней сразу же. На вопрос «есть ли у Вас талон» тётя промолчала, а Архипцова парировала: «Все по талонам». Никакого талона у женщины не было и в помине, поскольку всё происходило на моих глазах, а в зале ждали своей очереди 15 человек, неуверенно и в полголоса вереща о том, что обслуживание ни в какие ворота..... При этом остальные 3 рабочих места из 6 тупо пустовали (менеджеры удалились на обед и их не было минут 40 точно). Итог: ждать не осталось сил (ушёл), цель визита не реализована, настроение испорчено просто напрочь. ВТБ!!!!!! Ваше обслуживание просто отвратительное, ну как минимум на ул. Планерная (могу привести ещё пару ваших точек, не буду «рассусоливать»). Самое страшное заключается в том, что жалобы остаются без внимания и ваше псевдообслуживание остаётся неизменным......P.S. Демонтируйте порталы, выдающие талоны, а под горящей вывеской «ВТБ» добавьте строку «обслуживание строго по договорённости». – показать

Самое отвратительное отделение Банка Москвы на Планерной. К сожалению, иногда приходится заезжать, и каждый раз об этом жалею. Сотрудники данного отлеления отвечают не уважительно, в очереди, если повезёт, будешь ждать минут 25 минимум. Ужасное отделение. Или сотрудников набирайте больше и вежливых или закрывайте
