Единственный плюс-это близость к дому.Не стоит идти в это отделение со своими проблемами. Никто их решать не будет.Персонал медлительный. Постоянные очереди. Вчера пришла в этот банк,чтобы погасить досрочно свой кредит. Проблема заключалась в том,что счета арестованы Я ни разу не просрочила ежемесячный платеж по кредиту. Даже с большими финансовыми проблемами старалась заплатить кредит вовремя.Меня обслуживала зам директора банка. Она отказалась искать способ для погашения кредита. Она просто послала меня к приставам,чтобы они сняли со счета арест.Но приставы этого не имеют права делать.Я проходила бестолку.Зря потратила час своего времени Если она компетентный в своем деле человек,то должна была это знать и найти другой способ мне помочь. Ведь я клиент банка уже давно и добросовестно плачу за кредит. В итоге,я пошла в другое отделение,где мне без проблем сразу нашли решение моей проблемы и погасили кредит.Огромное спасибо этим девочкам за помощь! Думаю,что у заместителя директоры люди делятся на категории: хочу обслуживать и не хочу,чисто по своему желанию.Теперь у меня совершенно нет желания идти в это отделение банка. Третий раз ухожу оттуда со слезами.
