Очень хорошее отделение данного банка, высококомпетентные сотрудники , всегда ответят на любые вопросы связанные с вкладами, картами , кредитами, у самого банка много бонусов позволяющих ему полноценно конкурировать с лидерами банков. Обслуживание лучше чем в сбере

Была тут 1 раз, при оформлении ипотеки моей подругой. Как ни странно эта процедура заняла у нее рекордно короткие сроки! Была не приятность когда она не могла платить, но каждый раз с ней общались в вежливом тоне, не урожая, и помогали решить все проблемы! Закладная на дом так у них и хранилась, ни куда они ее не перепродали, хотя мы этого и боялись.
