Оформляли ипотечную сделку. Менеджер Поздняков Роман Андреевич. Часть суммы которая должна быть оплачена из пенсионного фонда, продавцу. Зависла в Сбер Банке. Хотя пенсионный фонд перевёл деньги 10.10.19. На данный момент уже 17.10.19 денег продавцу всё ещё не перевели. Мой вопрос, почему не переводят денежные средства в установленный срок и вообще законно ли это.?

Заключали ипотечный договор. Специалист был Поздняков Роман Андреевич. Не советую никому проводить с ним сделку, т.к.специалист не объяснил все подробно. В результате пошла просрочка по платежу. Пришли в офис, разузнать у него почему так. Специалисты, которые выдают "талончики" при входе, сказали, что у него перерыв. Ждем 20 минут...30 минут. Заглянула к другому специалисту по оформлению ипотеки. "А у Романа Андреевича выходной". Вот так Сбербанк работает.
