Банкомат чудовищный. Наследие совдепа, работает каким-то жутким образом и выдаёт, максимум 10тр за один раз. Сотрудники банка спокойные, если не сказать безразличные. Объеснят, но стараться не будут. Плюс то что рядом. В моем договоре, нет личного интернет кабинете. Что довольно странно, обычно банки впаривают, кучу дополнительных услуг.

Сделала пару вкладов, но процедура их оформления по времени слегка затянулась из-за постоянной очереди. Много времени уходит на ожидание. А в остальном все достаточно профессионально и грамотно!

Здравствуйте! Огромное спасибо за отзыв и оценку. Офис находится в Центре города. Клиентов действительно достаточно много. Но недавно мы расширили функциональность офиса, теперь просторно, больше клиентских сотрудников и меньше очереди. Приходите, Вам это понравится!

Довольно часто пользуюсь услугами этого банка при отправке платежей кредитного плана. Довольна обслуживанием, довольно демократические цены на услуги самого банка. Даже в период, когда были небольшие сбои по приобретению валюты, в этом банке можно было без предварительного заказа купить валюту. И вообще слова в названии "энерго" - это дорого стоит, это уверенность в банке для нас-клиентов и спокойствие. Процветания Вам.
