Вся работа этого банка одно сплошное недоразумение. Во-первых имея р/с с прикреплённой картой- ваши операции будут отображаться только, через три дня, т.е. сделать отчёт за месяц корректно не реально, что бы вывести деньги без комиссии необходимо будет перевести их на свою же карту в этом банке ( не понятная и не нужная манипуляция). Работа закреплено менеджера, то же желает оставлять лучшего, после перепродажи была договорённость, что счёт закроют, после уведомляющего звонка, чего конечно не было сделано. В итоге платим комиссию и за всё, что причетается по-вашему тарифу. Ну узнаете вы об этом через пару месяцев, когда позвонит вежливый сотрудник банка. Хорошо, вошёл в положение приехал оплатил, уехал, позвонили, что не повёлся документ, вернулся оплатил. На следующий день опять звонок у вас задолженность, на вопрос от куда, сказали да у вас Счёт закрыт но сегодня начислелась задолженность за смс информирование. Вопрос, каким это образом? В общем один расход личного времени и денег, причём условия обслуживания в некоторых банках условия лучше. А и на последок это банк в котором не принимают оплату по картам, вас принуждают снимать деньги в их терминале, и желательно без сдачи с ней у них то же проблема. Вывод один в этот банк я не вернусь. И судя по рейтингу мало кто доволен работой этого филиала.

Сегодня обслуживалась у Дьяченко Яны Андреевны, очень приятная, милая, все объяснила как надо, очень быстро и без проблем. Пока ждала очередь, наблюдала за ней как она общается с другими клиентами, честное слова, одно удовольствие было наблюдать как мило она общается с дедушками и с бабушками. Здоровье и терпение вам Яна 🙏🏼 и спасибо большое за обслуживание!
