Пользуюсь этим банком с мая 2018 г., имею в нем ИИС, постоянно пополняю его, а также покупаю валюту в кассе. Более ничего. В целом каких-либо проблем не возникало (за исключением работы приложения БКС-брокер). Персонал достаточно внимательный и учтивый. Очередей как правило нет. Валюту продают действительно только клиентам. Но! Последнее время в кассе начали предупреждать, что мол у нас нет новых долларовых банкнот и дали намек, будто не факт , что эти мы у вас потом примем обратно. Что??? Я говорю, тогда дайте те купюры, которые вы точно обратно примете, на что получил ответ, что мы не можем контролировать, что вы будете делать с ними, когда выйдете из банка. Вроде бы и верно говорят, но к сожалению, я уже сталкивался с подобным случаем, когда мне в ВТБ отказали принимать доллары, которые я купил за день до этого, в этом же отделении, в этой же кассе. Я валюту храню в конверте в банковской ячейке и не пользуюсь ей вообще. Поэтому посмотрим, как БКС будет принимать её обратно.

Не меняют валюту, если не являетесь клиентом банка. Навязывают свои услуги. Лучше уж воспользуйтесь услугами другого банка
