Отделение недавно переехало. В субботу было очень много клиентов и только 2 операционистки. Девчонки старались, работали без перерывов, но очередь только росла. Это большой вопрос руководству - куда смотрит? Не ожидали наплыва или безразличие? Причем увидим.

Этот просто днобанк! один сотрудник сидит и еле шевелится. обратился за выпуском премиальной карты, её изготовление от 5 до 7 дней! В век когда в остальных банках эти карты выпускаются чуть ли не при тебе, ну максимум за 2 дня! Видимо как и большинство банков этой страны чья-то прачечная и не более.
