Закрыли РКО в г.Екатеринбург, не можем погасить ипотеку, в связи с тем что перешли на платежную систему Контакт, но не можем перечислить даже через эту систему - банк не видят. Верните РКО в Екатеринбург.

Добрый день! Повторимся, но прежде всего важно подчеркнуть, что офис Банка в Екатеринбурге продолжит работать в прежнем режиме, сконцентрировавшись на кредитном направлении бизнеса «БЖФ Банка». Принято решение лишь о закрытии расчетно-кассового обслуживания в силу объективных бизнес-показателей. Что касается платежной системы "Контакт", то, действительно, 17.02 наблюдалась проблема на стороне провайдера, причина не зависела от «БЖФ Банка». Но мы активно включились в решение вопроса и информируем, что на данный момент все настройки произведены и сервис по использованию платежной системы "Контакт" полностью работоспособен. Актуальный список точек в г. Екатеринбурге, где Клиент может погасить кредит без комиссии можно уточнить в нашем Контакт-центре по номеру 8 800 555 00 26 или посмотерь на сайте провайдера www.contact-sys.com.
