По телефону в поддержке получил всю информацию в полном объеме. В банке все операции совершили быстро. Желающим воспользоваться - внимание! Сотрудники работают на результат и говорят, что некоторые услуги (например страхование от мошенников) обязательно. Отказывайтесь, если не видите в этом необходимости.

Очередей нет. Обслуживают быстро. Доброжелательное отношение к клиентам. Предлагают доходчиво все услуги банка.
