Всем привет попал в внештатную ситуацию - карточка ЛКБ закончилась и я имея хорошее мнение об этом банке решил открыть новую несмотря на то что ЛКБ перешло в банковскую группу Зенит. По прошествию двух месяцев я зашел в нынешний банк зенит находящийся по адресу г. Липецк ул. Вермишева 2 и по привычке- так ведь удобно для меня заплатить за квартплату, я в этом банке- на их карту банка зенит кладу 5000 руб. Через терминал- терминал деньги принемает на счет не зачисяет??????? Обращаюсь к администратору меня провожают к оператору и там прямым текстом в нашем терминале на карту нашего банка деньги переводить нельзя.....надо было ехать в Альфа банке и там класть деньги на карту нашего банка. Я в шоке говорю меня почему не предупредили- ответ вас должны были предупредить но мы незнаем вас предупредили или нет. Пишите претензию. Претензию я конечно написал жду возвращения моих средств на мои реквизиты. Но самый главный вопрос зачем нужен банк на которую того же банка карточку деньги класть нельзя.... Модет кто то тоже сталкивался с таким инцидентом???

Все вроде бы нормально, вот только очереди все время собираются огромные. Прием ведут 1-2 сотрудника, остальные вроде бы находятся на своих местах, но клиентов не приглашают, хотя видят, что в зале ожидания много людей. Хотелось бы, чтобы сотрудники более гибко относились к ситуации - если много людей, нужно всех операционистов переключать на прием, а когда народу станет меньше, тогда остальными вопросами заниматься.
