график работы секции с банкоматами порой очень не предсказуем. можест стоит поставить кард-ридер перед дверью, как у соседнего банка?

Из всех сотрудников работают только два. Ждала неимоверно долго. Как у одной из них клиент ушёл она сидела и хихикала с мужиком. Люблю данный банк но такие филиалы портят все впечатление о банке

Отвратное отношение к клиентам в частности операционистов (по работе с юр лицами), наглые до безобразия: Африна Тамара и фио второй не помню. Обслуживают так, как будто ты приперся и вымогаешь инфу, доки, выписки. По запросу по актуализации данных по 2 организациям одинаковая ситуация, а именно директора в отделении были, анкета, копии документов переданы в обработку. Спустя 2 недели никаких звонков из банка (дозвониться туда невозможно, трубки не берут, только личный визит). А спустя месяц и вовсе полностью заблокирован доступ в клиент-банк. На требование предоставления бланка заявления по переводу в другой офис банка вызвали главного и начали пытать по деятельности организации, никаких комментариев почему блок клиент-банка не предоставили. Заявление не дали, сославшись якобы на такую процедуру перевода. Обещали позвонить через 2 дня, прошла еще неделя и тишина...и так постоянно. По другой организации в конечном счете решили закрыть счет. Уговаривали остаться, затягивали процесс закрытия. Ни в коем случае не советую связываться конкретно с этим отделением, свои деньги потом будете ходить и клянчить.
