Все ранее оставленные отзывы верны на 1000%. Готовую карту забирали 1 ч. 45 мин. За что платят сотрудникам, не понятно. Постоянные хождения на перекуры, общение между собой, разговоры по телефону на клиентов 0 внимание. Очереди создаются искусственно. Обслуживание ооочень долгое...

ВТБ Ореховый б-р, д.13, Москва, 115551 Банк Lev Savin 21 балл минуту назад Очень разочаровался в брокерском обслуживании банка. 9 августа оставил заявку на закрытие ИИС, но спустя положенных 15 рабочих дней ИИС так и не закрыли, деньги не вернули. Как выяснилось система отказала в заявке так как якобы на счету всё ещё были ценные бумаги, хотя все ценные бумаги я продал раньше подачи заявки, но информация не успела поступить. На следующий день мою заявку закрыли отказом. Никаких смс, звонков или емайл писем об отказе не приходило. Пришлось повторно подавать заявку. Время потеряно, уже 3 недели прошло, недополученные за это время деньги само собой никто мне не вернёт. Если бы уведомления приходили исправно ситуации удалось бы избежать. В отделении банка пришлось прождать час, чтобы подать новое заявление.

Жалкоо сидеть в очереди по 2 часа.Банк изменился в худшую сторону.Менеджеры работают кое-как.Я давно в банке.Решила уйти.Очень жаль
