Самый ужасный банк из всех ныне существующих. Обслуживание из ряда вон плохое, свистушки на телефоне горячей линии консультируют некомпетентно, банкоматов не найти. Если бы не получала на карту ВТБ зарплату-никогда бы не сотрудничала.

Длинные очереди, но оператор согласовала выдачу средств по моему потрёпанному паспорту, за что ей "от души". Но забыла переключить мой талон в кассу, просто сказав, чтобы я шёл в кассу: я привык, что меня переключают и прождал ещё 20 минут, покадо до меня допёрло уточнить моё право очереди на стойке решепшена.

В Сбере меньше времени проводишь в ожидании кассы. Печально, что ВТБ так не уважает моё время, но как челок который пока только снимает деньги со вклада, я могу это понять и улыбнуться.
