Одобрили рефинансирование ипотеки через личный кабинет. В течении 3 дней не дождалась звонка из отделения. Минут 40 дозванивалась на горячую линию, после чего со мной связались из этого отделения. Имени менеджера не помню, разговаривала с сарказмом и издевательским тоном: " на Ваш вопрос, что Вам нужно "провернуть сделку", как Вы говорите, сообщаю, что с егодняшнего дня мы находимся на карантине".И " передергивание" каждого моего слова. Мне вот интересно, через какое время я бы узнала что они не будут работать если б не позвонила сама? Это же все таки ипотека, даже не простой кредит.

Ощущение будто попал в замедленную съемку. Был 2 раза и оба посещения украли из жизни по 1,5 часа. В первое посещение нервы не выдержали, уехал. А нужно было всего-то забрать готовую карту. Из 6-ти окошек на первом этаже, в оба посещения работали только 3. Сотрудники не торопливые. Отделение, по отношению к нам(клиентам) не особо лояльное, аналогичное есть в Дедовске туда из-за долгого ожидания перестали обращаться.
