Все нравится! Персонал внимательный, все вопросы решаются быстро. Консультация если требуется понятная. Если бы они подольше работали было бы совсем хорошо.

Я являлся клиентом банка в течении нескольких лет. Когда снял деньги со счета с меня в начале следующего года удержали 5000р.,хотя об этом не кто не предупредил ,что так произойдет . Два раза писал об этом и устно обращался без изменений. Поэтому теперь предупреждаю людей не пользоваться услугами этого банка. Найдите более приличный и честный банк. Дурят людей, за их ошибки мы должны платить.

Отличное отделение банка ВТБ. Удобный режим работы, отношение к клиенту все отлично. Сотрудник Алексей Костиков на входе - отдельная похвала, все четко, организованно, быстро - провел, кофе налил, все организовал, комнату проветрил, сервис на уровне американских банков. Приятно в такие отделения обращаться.

Исключение среди офисов ВТБ24, обслуживание на высшем уровне, вопросы стараются решить по существу и быстро! Видимо сказывается близость Кремля! :-)))
