Время посещения не совпадает! Приехал 29.04 были закрыты, посмотрел что 30.04 должны были работать до 17:00, приехал, поцеловал дверь! Что за гребанное отношение. Соблюдайте нормальный режим работы! Сколько можно к вам попасть целая проблема!

Ужас, а не банк. На горячей линии ничего вразумительного сказать не могут. Одни говорят одно, другие другое. Хотели закрыть досрочно ипотеку, так это не так просто оказалось. Постоянно, какие то проблемы придумывают. Хотели закрыть, в момент, когда надо оплатить основной долг, так у них так нельзя. Сначала, говорят они, оплатите основную сумму, с процентами, а потом уже и досрочно можно. И это ещё не всё! Оплата ипотеки была по карте. Мы клали туда деньги, а они списывали, и так каждый месяц на протяжении нескольких лет. . Когда пришли закрывать досрочно, оказалось, что у нас ипотечный счёт закрыт! Как это вообще возможно!? Что за бред!? Банк на Иркутском нам ближе, поэтому туда обращаемся периодически. Про этот филиал хочу сказать, что там почти всегда очередь. Но их большой плюс в том, что у них есть замечательные работники, которые в нужный момент, могут быстро всё решить и разрулить.
