17.12.19 у меня закончился вклад в банке ВТБ,100000я сняла в банкомате в тот же день(смс о снятии 100000пришло),18 числа пыталась снять утром перед работой-не удалось(прошло меньше суток,лимит на снятие 100000,карта дебетовая,не зарплатная)в обедв 13.30-попыталась еще снять-банкомат денег не вдал(смс естественно не пришло),вечером в 19.30сняла оставшиеся средства через кассу банка(касса есть только в 2 отделениях в центре,туда ездить неудобно). Через пару денй стали приходить смс о сверхлимитн ой задолженности-я проигнорировала,как оказалось зря. 1апреля закончился 2й вклад и я деньги перевела на карту(и увидела в личном кабинете, что на карте на 110300руб меньше. Обратилась в банк с претензией(сперва на горячей линии оставляла претензию,потом письменно в банке.Сейчас суд. Ответ банка- «при проверке лишних средств не обнаружено, видео не сохранилось-сроки прошли. ВТБ старательно тянул время -письменный ответ на претензию, составленную в апреле, ответ получила только в мае(смс-ответ«у банка недостаточно оснований для удовлетворения Вашей претензии» — не в счет).Совет1)НИКОГДА НЕ СНИМАЙТЕ ДЕНЬГИ В БАНКОМАТАХ ВТБ! 2)сразу пишите претензию в Центробанк, Роспотребнадзор, полицию, не дожидаясь официального ответв банка! – показать
