Обслуживают клиентов некомпетентные сотрудники в Дзержинске Чкалова 2! 02/03/2020 Обратился с вопросом справки по договору #Ф7000/07-0466иж/д000 - справку дали кривую и неполную. Как я понял потеряли документы . Попросил книгу отзывов - отказали. Обратился к директрисе - тоже самое - некомпетентна. Вопрос не решает . Справку так и не смогли как положено оформить так как потеряли документы и еше чего. Все скрывают и ничего не поясняют. Хамят! Операторы не представляются. Ведут себя грубо. Кроме того выставляют ситуацию что во всем виноват клиент. Даже вызвали полицию. Полиция приехала - мне пожелали доброго дня а на банк оформили ложный вызов! На клиентов - плевать! Медлительные. Если хотите трепать себе нервы каждый раз при визите в банк - то ВТБ это самое место. Сбербанк по работникам и обслуживанию , решению проблем - лет на 200 впереди чем этот никчемный ВТБ.
