Сразу хочу оговориться, отзыв будет не о всем банке в целом, а о конкретном филиале. Этот банк рядом с домом, поэтому из географической близости выбираю его, но судя по последнему туда обращению, мнение свое поменяю. Не первый раз, я разочарован обслуживанием, не компетентным обслуживанием.... Менеджер всегда попадается, не владеющий интересующейся информацией, сначала думала, что сотрудник просто недавно, поэтому так, но, когда это системно и с разным персоналом, то извините, никуда не годится. Очень жаль, что из-за таких сотрудников портиться все впечатление. Обратившись крайний раз, я была вынуждена пойти в другое отделение, где мою проблему со снятием денежным средств с замороженного счета в связи с не разделением счетов автоматически, как работника бюджетной организации, решили тут же и были очень удивлены, что ситуация являлась нерешенной в другом офисе. Повторюсь, банком я доволен, именно его я выбрал, решив отказаться от услуг другого банка, просто видимо не все специалисты заинтересованы в личном профессиональном росте.

Не давно были в этом банке пришли одни по телефону разговаривают другие делали вид что работаю. Мы там просидели целый час.

Здравствуйте. Я не могу забрать свою кредитную карту в банке на Кольском ,22. Так как вы рано закрываетесь. Я работаю почти без выходных. И даже если официально мой рабочий день заканчивается раньше, я даже доехать до закрытия банка не успеваю.

Услугами банка ВТБ пользуемся давно, в основном кредиты. Уже несколько раз попадали к одному и тому же сотруднику Ободзинской Анастасии. Приятное и приветливое обслуживание. Но главное - это профессионализм и искреннее внимание к вопросу клиента. Даже планируем перевести свои пенсии в этот банк. Пример привлечения клиентов. Благодарим за отличную работу, надеемся, что и руководство Банка это отметит. С уважением.
