Получала карту. Смс пришла с адресом, где забрать карту. По приходу сразу с порога сотрудница уточнила не ВИП ли я клиент или какой-то проект. После отрицательного ответа меня послали... на другой адрес.

Отвратительное отношение и обслуживание, в компетентности и знаниях сотрудников тоже возникают сомнения. Обратилась в отделение имея пакет привилегии, с порога встречают чо словами идите по другому адресу, мы вас не видим в нашем пакете. Да у меня менеджер в Новосибирске, а всё присаживайтесь в итоге пакет документов менеджером Стасом был оформлен не правильно, прождав 30 дней в течении которых мне должны были поступить выплаты, я обратилась на горячую линию, мне объяснили, что моё заявление не оформлено. Из чего делаю выводы, сотрудник который меня обслуживал не компетентен. Я упустила свою выгоду и не получила свои же деньги в назначенную дату.
