Персонал очень молодой, часто не компетентный. Заехал узнать за начисление процентов по вкладу, сумма не сходилась с заявленными процентами. Ответ от работника банка: я не знаю точно, нужно в мобильном приложении посмотреть... А если я не хочу скачивать мобильное приложение? Я клиент банка, заехал в свой банк, что бы получить информацию по средствам которые находятся в обороте этого банка. А мне девушка 20-25 лет тихим голосом говорит, что она не знает. Тоже самое за справку об остатке средств на конец года, мобильный банк говорит одно, втб - онлайн другое. Заехал узнать у специалиста банка: в ответ только домыслы, что наверное информация втб- онлайн точнее, но точно я не знаю, а справку мы сможем дать только 15 числа. Я в шоке, это вообще БАНК? Мобильное приложение банка не выдерживает ни какой критики. Не удобное, тормозит, структура прилажения не логичная.

Через год и при наличии кредитной истории ничего не изменилось, страховка обязательная, процент дикий. Хорошо что теперь можно перевести зарплату в другой банк🤗 ВТБ ПРОЩАЙ!!!
