Подали документы на ипотеку, ипотеку одобрили, но сотрудники банка забыли позвонить, при этом ипотечный отдел вроде не работал но работал не не совсем, к ни было не попасть, обманули со сроком одобрения под шумок сделали не 4 месяца а 1! И этот месяц прошел, пока сотрудники скрывались в своём подвале. Если есть возможность , не обращайтесь в этот банк!
