Наконец свершилось!!! Больше здесь банкоматы не работают круглосуточно. Теперь в отличии от зелёного банка надо быть пунктуальным и следить за временем, а то можно и не успеть.

Даже не знаю, как оценить возникшую ситуацию. Обслуживаюсь в четырёх банках, раньше ВТБ был в приоритете, но в январе 2025 «пробил дно». Мне заблокировали учётку и карту, посещение офиса не дало никакого результата, кроме фразы: вы теперь не можете обслуживаться в нашем банке! Это что??? Что за уровень клиентоориентированности??? Я долгое время являлась зарплатным клиентом, активно пользовалась картами, размещала вклады более10 лет!!! Персонал не предложил никакого решения от слова совсем, создалось впечатление о полной некомпетентности. Пришлось закрыть карты и, собственно, всё! Не рекомендую этот банк от слова совсем, много вопросов ещё и к службе безопасности банка. Прошло 3 недели. Ничего не изменилось. Консультанты работают отвратно, информацию по дальнейшим действиям не дают в полном объеме. Просидела в очереди около часа, результат ноль. Бегите из этого банка и будет вам счастье.

Отличное отделение! пришла взяла талончик, подошла моя очередь где то 5-7 минут, задала все вопросы которые меня интересовали, оформили карту, помогли с оформлением ипотеки, персонал компитентный, вежливый, в офисе чисто и чем то очень вкусно пахнущий. Мне нужна была помощь директора этого филиала, я не ожидала такой добраты, спокойствия и компитенции человека! Впечатленич у меня самые потрчсающие, притом я живу от филиала далеко, но если мне понадобится я обращусь именно в этот филиал, не пожалею времени))))) Так держать, Вы на высоте!)))
