14.05.2018 г. При обращении в банк по вопросу закрытия кредитной карты около 11 часов дня, работник банка (девушка) вежливо выслушала мои вопросы и сказала, что вам перезвонит в ближайшее время специалист, к которому я уже лично подходила 11.05.2018 г. При моем повторном обращении около 15 часов дня, т.к мне никто так и не перезвонил, мне опять же вежливо пообещали разобраться с ситуацией и "мне перезвонят". Никто так и не перезвонил! Спасибо ВТБ за такую вежливую работу к своим клиентам по их обращениям. Никому не пожелаю открывать кредитные карты в банке ВТБ.
