Очень не доволен работой сотрудников данного банка! Приставы наложили арест, за три дня до кредита - денег конечно же было только на кредит. Сотрудники банка предложили оплату через третье лицо, всё сделал как положено, в итоге через 3-4 дня просрочки позвонили и сказали что у меня задолженность, а ещё через некоторое время позвонил именно тот сотрудник банка, который всё оформлял, и говорит - что именно в день когда я написал заявление, центробанк отменил возможность оплат через третьих лиц. По итогу закинул денег и на кредит и приставов, всё успешно сняли! В итоге через пару дней, на меня накладывается тот же арест, я обращаюсь в банк - они отвечают что приставы наложили два ареста, а к тем - они говорят что вы неоплатили первый, я обратно в банк - утверждают что отправили! В общем те отправили и не чего незнают, те не получили, и то же не чего незнают! Потерял с ними 2 недели, по итогу один сотрудник банка всё же отыскал мои деньги в банке, они были в блоке, какого спрашивается там сидят остальные сотрудники, штаны протирают? Из за их некомпетентной работы, я носился туда сюда!! В итоге вроде написали заявление в Новосибирск, но дело так и не сдвинулось, да и врятли уже, сегодня 31 декабря, праздники, а 9 января мне снова платить кредит, а у меня там всё также, непонятный минус, дежавю! В итоге 10-11 января мне будет звонить сотрудник горячей линии, и говорить мне про мою задолженность(( Поставил две звезды только из за того что хотя бы один сотрудник нашёл мои деньги, только толку от этого нет.. одна звезда, научитесь всё делать правильно!!!!
