Был в офисе банка специалисты дикие пытались обманом навязать страховку у кредиту потом женщина вырвала у меня из рук кредитный договор и убежала к директору и сказала что кредиты мне больше ни во дном банке не дадут. Жесть трэш полный абзац. Мошенники не ходите туда.

Одобрили онлайн заявку на карту. В банке сотрудник обманула и завела снова свою заявку, сказав что одно из полей моей заявки не заполнено было! На вопрос мой как же тогда мне одобрили?? Начала съезжать с темы, моргать глазками и делать вид что не понимает что я её спрашиваю. В итоге завела новую заявку со своего компа, Теперь из-за этого буду платить за обслуживание карты ежемесячно, а могла не платить. А она за это получила бонусы

Сложно и не очень приятно работать с этим банком. Как в старые советские времена - никому не нужен клиент. Обслуживали свое предприятие - а это почти 60 человек на зарплатный проект. Но, видимо, мы не завод с гигантскими комиссиями. Сотрудники с нашим бухгалтером вели себя не очень вежливо. Учитывая схожесть тарифов с другими банками мы просто сменили партнера.

Ужасное обслуживание! Некомпетентность персонала, постоянные сбои программы и дезинформация клиентов! После предварительных одобрений кредитов и карт, часовых ожиданий - необоснованные отказы. Ссылаясь на системные ошибки и разсинхронизирование данных между глав. офисами и филиалами клиентов вводят в заблуждение, дав определённую информацию по телефону, и абсолютно иную, при явке именно в этот филиал. Причиняя тем самым дискомфорт и морально нравственные переживания своих нынешних и возможных клиентов. При возникновение вопросов с целью внесения ясности в ту или иную ситуацию, ответы и разъяснения персонала производятся на повышенных тонах. Все это омрачает всю банковскую систему в целом и ставит под большое сомнение материальное взаимодействие в пользу граждан! Позор!
