Ужасное отделение, хуже не видел. Хамки, не образованные сотрудники! Вызывают номер очереди без звука, на вопрос ответить не могут и помочь, соотвественно тоже, показывая фото, заявления их же банка на другой улице, смотря на него говорит, мы так не делаем, а как другие делают не понятно?! Не портите себе настроения, выберете другое отделение)

У меня есть зарплатная карта данного банка. При получении карты возникло много вопросов где и как пользоваться ей. Была разочарована, так как на предыдущей работе была карта сбера... Очень ограниченное количество возможностей... мобильный банк и тот платный... Вот столкнулась с такой ситуацией: не могла оплатить заказ в интернете(не проходил платёж). Позвонила в банк, и мне сказали что нужно написать заявление, потом его рассмотрят и так далее... В итоге пока шла вся волокита приобрела вещь не за 680, а за 940 рублей... очень печально)))

С данным банком работаю уже очень давно, так как мы являемся корпоративными клиентами, поэтому для нас предлагаются очень хорошие процентные ставки. Очень удобно производить оплаты. В городе очень много банкоматов, практически расположены в любом крупном торговом центре. Обслужили в данном офисе меня очень быстро, очень удобная система записи, когда ты знаешь сколько перед тобой человек. Офис просторный, сотрудники всегда доброжелательные.
