Обслуживание просто ужас!!! Приходила 13.05 вечером в окошко 4. Хотела оформить кредит. Ранее уже была заведена заявка и кредит одобрен. На сайте написано, что заявка действует 60 дней. Девушка, сказала, что она не действительна, что нужно завести новую. Но, по непонятным причинам, даже не удосужилась сделать это. Ранее кредит на рефинансирование мне оформляли без справки. А этой девушке понадобилась справка. Я ей её предоставила. Она её не устроила. Делаю выводы, просто не хотелось отрывать свою пятую точку и заводить новую заявку!!!! Всегда являлась добросовестным плательщиком. И уже не раз брала кредит в Вашем банке. Очень огорчена... Из-за таких сотрудников теряете своих постоянных клиентов. Пойду в другой банк!!!!!

Бездушная машина, одна бюрократия, полная не согласованность действий, программы не работают ничего сделать не могут. Скорей бы отвязаться от этого банка. Если есть возможность идите в другой банк 😡

Хорошее, спокойное отделение, занимается, как обращениями физ лиц так и юр лиц. Также имеется отдел ипотеки, где можно заключить договор с третьей стороной

Я являюсь постоянным клиентом данного банка. Удобнее всех посещать именно данный офис по этому адресу. Работают до 20.00, что очень удобно. Нет очередей, даже если и есть, то обслуживают очень быстро. Кроме этого банкоматы работают в круглосуточном режиме. Процентные ставки очень привлекательные, особенно для постоянных клиентов. Претензий к данному банку нет, проблем не возникало.
