Самый отвратительный филиал.хамское отношение сотрудников.из 20 окон работают только 4-5.остальные слоняются по залу.брал как то кредит,навязывали всячески страховку,мол могут не одобрить и всякое такое.в итоге взял минимальную страховку зная что потом откажусь(вычитал)пришёл на следующий день,написать заявление на отказ.сотрудница ГОЛУБЕВА АЛЕНА начала провоцировать на скандал,обманывать что нельзя отказаться,что процентная ставка увеличится,что банк не занимается страховками)в итоге не дала заявление никакого и вообще не хотели общаться со мной.по горячей линии вышел сам на страховщиков.выслали бланки и по почте отправил сам.НЕ СОВЕТУЮ НИКОМУ ТУДА ОБРАЩАТЬСЯ!!!

Отвратительный банк и отношение соответственно оформил зарплатный проект на втб карту а они чужой номер прикрепили и не могут или не хотят исправить ошибку, сылаются что программа зависает при этом так же умудряются предлагать кредиты. Сделал вывод для себя что данный банк мне не подходит.

Ужасный офис! Талончик никому не нужен! Якобы в порядке живой очереди! Тогда зачем его выдаете? Просидела 1ч20 минут ! Пошла к директору филиала выяснить, как ведется прием клиентов и когда же наконец примут. Вместо того чтобы успокоить и разрулить ситуацию, она разговаривала по-хамски. Сказав что, если бы у тебя был счет более 2 миллионов, тогда бы и тебя приняли как vipклиента, выпроводила из кабинета

Ужасное обслуживание,даже нет ни какого желания там находиться, управляющая в отделе по работе с физ. клиентами вместо того что бы решить оперативно не корректное обслуживание клиента, просто оправдывает оператора. Единственный плюс этого филиала его местонахождение.
