Прислали предложение от банка ВТБ , в получении кредита. Я даже ничего не оформлял , просто прислали на майл письмо , что одобрен кредит . Решил взять , приехал , сказали вам отказано . Вы нормальные ? Зачем я потратил час своего времени ?

Президент РФ подписал закон, который позволяет заемщику при досрочном погашении потребительского кредита вернуть часть страховой премии... Соответствующий документ опубликован на интернет- портале правовой информации.... В чем банк отказался возвращать страховую премию... Просто ужас
