Работники отделения на Коммун. 67 имеют омерзительную привычку ( вполне возможно, с "подачи" руководства) ставить автомобили во внутреннем дворе Коммун. 65, тем самым не только наплевательски лишая стоянок жильцов дома, но и хамски мешая уборке снега (а мы здесь живём и из- за этих упырей калечим свои машины). Теневые схемы расчета кредитов. Проценты начисляются на списание проценты. Суммы списываемые с кредитных карт не подтверждаются никакими математическими расчетами. Ни один сотрудник банка не смог обосновать списания суммы конкретными цыфрами. Что бы внести деньги на карту ВТБ через кассу, просят комиссию 400 рублей. Обращайтесь в другие банки, любые, но не в ВТБ и их дочерние банки.
