Добрый день! Ипотеку в ДОМ.РФ обслуживает банк ВТБ. Так случилось, что полное досрочное погашение пришлось на кризисный период с коронавирусом. 23 марта мы полностью погасили свою задолженность. Через личный кабинет ДОМ.РФ запросили справку об отсутствии задолженности и закладную. Справка уже точно готова. По телефону горячей линии мне не могут ответить, когда я получу документы, ссылаясь на банк ВТБ, что они отвечают за выполнение этой задачи. Но в связи с коронавирусом текущие заемщики остались полностью без обслуживания в городе Сыктывкаре. Конечно зачем - ведь вы и так уже платите, дальше сами разберетесь.... Мы не можем получить свои документы, так как ипотечный отдел текущих клиентов в это время не сопровождает. Мы понимаем ситуацию, но можно же выдать документы другим способом - отправить по почте или придумать что-то еще!! У нас далее обязательства и нам нужно снимать срочно обременение с квартиры. Но нам даже сказать никто не может - где наша закладная. Может ее потеряли, так еще после карантина месяц искать будут? Кроме того беспредел на горячей линии: два раза переводили на другого специалиста, чтобы поговорить с последним специалистом пришлось ждать в общей сложности 35 минут! В итоге - ничего вразумительного сказать не смогли. Если Вы сопровождаете ипотеку ДОМ.РФ, то наладьте между собой контакт, получается что никто ни за что не отвечает, не пойми куда обращаться. Прошу связаться ответственного сотрудника из Сыктывкара по закладной №1100401158397 по договору №88-И/17

ВОЗВРАТ СТРАХОВКИ РЕГЛАМЕНТИРОВАН п.5 и 6 указания Банка России от 20.11.2015. Согласно этому документу, страховая компания обязана вернуть страховую премию по просьбе клиента. Если с момента заключения договора страхования не прошло 14 дней , можно вернуть всю сумму

У банка паркуются все кому не лень. Въезд не чистят. Везде знаки парковка запрещена. У аэропорта нужно оставить машину и пешком идти до ВТБ
